Was born in 1981 in Pechora town, Komi Republic. Graduated from Kirovohrad National Technical University, majoring as an engineer-constructor. At present is getting his Post-graduate degree. Is an author of more than 40 articles and analytical materials, has more than 5-year experience as a coach-consultant. Has been an active civic activist since 1999. Was an initiator of creating the first regional volunteer center in Kirovohrad, the most famous in Ukraine school of young dads. Later, after participating in the Program of government internship (joint project of the National Democratic Institute (USA) and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has specialized in public policy analysis. Is one of the most famous in Ukraine specialists in conducting civic expertise and introducing anti-corruption policy. Is a member of National Anti-corruption Committee within the President of Ukraine; is a member of Civic council within the Governmentally Authorized Person in Anti-corruption Policy; Member of the Expert Group within the Head of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration.

Was born in 1972 in Kirovohrad, Ukraine. Has 2 higher educations – graduated from Kirovohrad National Technical University (majored in marketing analysis) and Kirovohrad Vynnychenko State Pedagogical University (majored in linguistic studies). PhD of Philological Sciences. Is an author of more than 20 scientific publications, 6 methodical course books, and 3 manuals. Is a certified trainer in monitoring and civic control. Personally developed methodology and coordinated in 2008 and 2009 the first in Ukraine independent civic observation over the entrance to 30 leading higher educational establishments of the country organized on the results of external independent evaluation (testing). Is one of the most famous specialists in conducting civic monitoring and civil representation campaigns in Kirovohrad region. Is a member of Expert group within the Head of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration.

Was born in 1958 in Cherlak town, Omsk region (Russian Federation). Graduated from Poltava Cooperative Institute (majored in “Accounting and audit”) and Uman Republican School of Inspectors (majored as “Inspector”). For a long time worked as a chief inspector of the control-inspecting department of regional consumers union, in the framework of which prepared materials for regional prosecutor’s office. Has more than 20-year experience as an accountant. Has 3-year experience of supporting small projects, which were executed on the territory of Kirovohrad region by initiative groups and newly created civil society organizations. As the TORO accountant several times underwent independent financial audit with the “positive” conclusion.

Was born in 1976 in Kirovohrad, Ukraine. Has unfinished higher education, studied in Kirovohrad National Technical University (majored in “Protection of the environment”). Has been an active civic activist since 2005. Is one of the leading experts in Ukraine in the sphere of social rehabilitation of the convicted persons and reforming penitentiary system. Followed the way from a volunteer to the head of one of the regional rehabilitation centers for drug addicts. Initiated creation of the school of volunteers, which acts permanently on the basis of Kirovohrad rehabilitation facility №6. Is the nominee of the contest “The best civic inspector of institutions of confinement of Ukraine” (organizer – International organization of consultative status of the II category within UN and Council of Europe “International Prison Reform” jointly with Ukrainian center of legal assistance “Civic protector”). Is an editor of the monthly information-analytical bulletin “On the way to integrity”, the best civic reporter according to the version of civic portal “HURT”.

Was born in 1986 in Kirovohrad, Ukraine. Graduated from Kirovohrad National Technical University as an engineer-system technician. Active student and civic activist. Was at the origins of student self-government of the university and in Kirovohrad region, was the head of student council of the biggest university of Kirovohrad region. In the sphere of IT-programming followed the way from a visitor of an Internet-club to the developer of a specialized Internet-portal in the sphere of civic expertise.
