This time 2 TORO specialists had a special training at national level for obtaining effective negotiation skills. Experienced coaches from Kiev and Lviv organized and conducted the trainings.
Negotiation process between the community representatives and the authorities, at local level, becomes an indispensable part of any advocacy campaign. Very often, the results of the negotiations determine the general result of the civil representation campaign. TORO experience testifies - the effectiveness of negotiations is influenced by many factors, underestimation of which can lead to the general failure of the civil representation campaign.
The organization representatives were studying these very factors during the specialized training, organized by the project "Assistance in active participation of citizens in corruption fight in Ukraine "Hidna Ukraine".
