During the whole year, public monitoring of summer recreation is conducted in Kirovohrad. Kirovohrad and its 17 districts got under the scrutiny of public observers. Public monitoring of the activity of The Department of Family, Youth and Sports of Kirovohrad State Administration presupposes conducting independent observation of the whole recreation process - starting with purchase of the recreation services and finishing with evaluating the results of the recreation campaign.
TORO in assistance with activists of local communities of 17 Kirovohrad districts, which got training in the School of public monitoring, have conducted observation for 3 months.
And today «TORO» experts is already ready to present the results of own supervision. For comfort of the use these results de bene esse parted on four logical blocks: I. Estimation of general organization of recreation campaign; ІІ. Estimation of organization of recreation campaign is at the level of districts of the Kirovograd region; ІІІ. Estimation of rich in content gap-fillingness of the summer recreation; ІV. A role of the public monitoring is in a recreation campaign.
