Having celebrated holidays, TORO members got together in order to undergo a careful research, but not a medical one, but a strategic, during which the organizational and financial activities of the organization in 2008 were analyzed and the level of organization viability was determined. The analysis was an important part of corporate training in fund raising.
The whole TORO team engaged themselves in strategic fundraising for the whole two days. The training presupposed work of the participants on the training modules developed by TORO, which were adapted to the modern development conditions and the needs of the organization, taking into consideration today's unfavorable external economical and social tendencies. During the session TORO team not only considered all the features, which provide for the sustainable activity of the organization, but also conducted diagnostics of the viability of TORO.
Practical tasks allowed determining, which segments of organizational activity needed improvement. The results of the training confirmed that TORO had a significant level of institutional and program viability, sufficient for the support and development of public participation in Kirovohrad region. The effective methods for attracting resources, which are at disposal of TORO team, are capable of providing stabilized activity of the organization on effective solution of up-to-date problems of the local community.Popular Themes
