In July-September 2009, project “Hidna Ukraine” together with “Creative center TSK” conducted financial check of the selected organizations – project granters. The aim of the audit was to conduct check up of the purpose-oriented fund usage, obtained from the company “Management Systems International”, by civic organizations of Ukraine. The results of the check up of the Creative Union “TORO” are given below:
Accountant calculation of funds usage of Management Systems International has a transparent character and is carried out by the organization with adherence to legislative and normative requirements and corresponds to generally accepted accountant principles in Ukraine.
As a result of the conducted analysis the Auditor in his work could completely rely on the system of inner control of accounting of purpose-oriented usage of funds of the organization and came to the conclusion that it can in full scope discover and prevent mistakes in accounting of purpose-oriented usage of funds.
The sources of information for checking this issue were original documents on the conducted activity operations (agreements, acts of performed works (services), invoices, bank and cash documents, data on charging salaries, etc).
