The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, which adopted the Order of collecting and publishing information about legal persons, sued for corruptive infringements, has come into force – as informed by zaxid.net.
The Decree determines the procedure of collecting information on legal persons sued for corruptive acts, for which there is a court decision, which came into force, - the official web page of Timoshenko informs.
The Cabinet of Ministers determined that after reception by the Governmentally Authorized person in anti-corruption policy electronic copies of court decrees, they will be made public during 3 days at the official portal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the aim of providing free access to information to the state authorities, local authorities and citizens.
The information should be registered and kept in the apparatus of the Governmentally Authorized person in anti-corruption policy in conformance with the Order of work with the documents and organization of office work in Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers.
