PROGRAM
Adoption by the Parliament of Ukraine of the new anticorruption legislation and from the other side delay of its implementation until January 1, 2011, introduction by the government of Ukraine of the Position of the Authorized person in the issues of anti corruption policy and creation by the President Yanukovich of the National Anticorruption Committee certify that corruption remains a significant problem for Ukraine. The state seems to wish to demonstrate the seriousness of intentions to fight it.
At the same time corruption is one of the spheres, where the rule “Measure thrice and cut once” works really good. This means that for us now the experience of prevention corruption in other countries of the world, first of all in the nearest neighbors of Ukraine in former socialistic camp becomes urgent more than ever before.
