Situation Analysis:
At present the idea of Ukraine's integration into the EU is not that popular as compared to the one about Ukrain's integration into the Russian Federation or United Economic Space. In particular, these ideas are dominant in the Eastern and Central parts of Ukraine. One of the main reasons for this is the lack of objective information about the structure and activites of transatlantic organizations. It is a real issue in the disticts where mass media is limited by local government censorship. As a result a great deal of population doesn't have the grounds to form adequate opinions on the matter.
One of the possible ways out of the situation can be the increased presence of objective non- biased information about the European integration.
Outcomes:
After the comparative analysis of the mass media means effectiveness it became obvious that the radio is the most effective one. For the project implementation we selected 2 radio stations
- FM-101.9 radion station«New day/ Noviy Den» which is the most popular in Kirovohrad;
- Kirovohrad regional radio station which has coverage in every single district of the region.
We recorded several programs at these radio stations and they were in the air twice a week. As a result we had the increased presence of positive information about the activities of European organizations, which helped to form the positive opinion concering Ukraine's integration into European community. Hot lines on the air after each program gave a great opportunity for the people to express their points of view towards the problem solving process, and in other words, activated them.

- Inhabitants of Kirovohrad aged 14—30;
