The project presupposes carrying out public monitoring over entrance campaign 2009 in 30 higher educational establishments of Ukraine of the III-IV level of accreditation, which belong to the state and are subject to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine situated in 10 regions of Ukraine.
Monitoring is carried out by the effort of the Coalition of 11 regional NGOs, which work in 10 regions of Ukraine. The Coalition shall: 1) prepare and publish a Reference book with the rules and peculiarities of entrance campaign of 2009; 2) work out the methodology and formulate tools for conducting public monitoring of the entrance campaign 2009; 3) conduct public monitoring of the entrance campaign to higher educational establishments of the III-IV level of accreditation; 4) prepare and publish the report on the results of monitoring of entrance campaign 2008 and 2009.
Special attention during realization of the project will be given to the project support by Ministry of Education and Science, chancellors of higher educational establishments, where the public monitoring will be carried out, and to the covering the project in regional and national media.
